The conference will be held as attendance and non-attendance for benefiting from collaboration of professors, researchers and students of the world and Iran  and also at the request of the researchers and participants and for saving the cost and time. Non-attendance participants are requested to submit their papers through paper submitting hall in private panel on 27 May and it is open to be visited by all participants and referees of scientific committee. So they can ask their questions and the presenter can response online. All attendance participants are requested to be present in Tabriz Islamic Art University and participate in the programs of the conference such as providing report from procedure of organizing and paper presentation, presenting accepted papers as oral and poster, main lectures, professional panels, educational workshops, professional exhibitions, professional and travel tours, closing ceremony and appreciating top ones. It should be mentioned that there is no difference between issued certificates of attendance and non-attendance participants and all the cases will be sent to non-attendance participants through special delivery maximum during one week.
